Membership is by appointment only. Schedule this appointment by emailing sales@maxzwemschool.scrolla.website or using the online appointment form.
You can ask at the front desk for a special mutation form. You fill that out completely with the reason for being temporarily unable to exercise and with start and end dates. You submit this fully completed form and some proof to the reception desk. After that, your request will be processed. We will let you know as soon as possible if your request has been granted.
Costs for the mutation are:
- Pregnancy or medical reason: one-time €10.
- Vacation/work/: €10 per month.
Charges will be debited from your account in one lump sum after processing.
Attention! Mutations shorter than 4 weeks will not be processed. A mutation must be handed in before your requested mutation period starts and cannot be processed afterwards from this period.

There is a notice period, after the minimum subscription term, of one month or four weeks depending on your subscription.
If the cancellation is processed then you will receive an email confirmation here with the final end date of the subscription.

To reserve squash courts, please use this link.
The member is always responsible for his guest (see also house rules). If you do not want to pay in advance for your guest, then do not make a reservation and check on the spot to see if a court is free. You depend on the available free jobs at the time.

A day pass is provided by Max Health Club. It is not a means of payment for racquet sports. Reservations cannot be made in advance.

Please call and schedule the new appointment in consultation with us. We put on the reservation that it has been paid. Money return is not possible.
You can always continue to play if there are enough available courts and in consultation with the front desk.
